Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food

We have a food industry that pays no attention to health and a health industry that pays no attention to food.

Less than a 1/3 of medical schools teach nutrition and those only spend from a few hours to a few weeks in all their years of study.

Nutrition is the foundation of health.

Getting your minerals from a 'balanced' diet? Unlikely ...

If you're not supplementing your diet with all 60 known essential minerals, you're one of the 95% of all people, deficient in nutritional minerals.

Nutrients are no longer in the food

  • Even if we eat organic food for every meal, we won’t get all the nutrients we need

  • All minerals are not evenly distributed around the earth and soils are now depleted of most minerals due to over-farming

  • In 1936, U.S. Senate Document 264 lamented our food's lack of mineral nutrient due to soil depletion. It's worse now!

Research proves that we can’t get all our vitamins & minerals for metabolic competence from the standard 3 meals a day.

  • We make nutrient poor food choices

  • Sweet, or high carb "empty calorie" foods rob the body of the nutrients required for digestion and absorption

(1 molecule of sugar uses 56 molecules of magnesium!)

  • absorption is limited due to processed food, food sensitivities and yeast infections which damage intestinal lining cells even when we do eat nutrient dense food

  • “99% of American people are deficient in minerals, and a marked deficiency in any one of the more important minerals actually results in disease.” (U.S. Senate Document #264)

  • Nobel Peace Prize winner Linus Pauling stated that all human disease can be traced back to a mineral deficiency

Give your body what it needs,
and it will do amazing things.

Dr Joel Wallach
All disease is cell disease

Disease occurs on a cellular level our bodies degenerate causing one of the common degenerative Diseases.
This is a result of using more resources than we are making.

We are always either building up (anabolism) or breaking down (catabolism).

The only way to build up, is with nutrients.

We need minerals
  • Did you know that proteins, enzymes and hormones are all formed from minerals?

  • Minerals are essential to activate vitamins

  • They are needed for every biochemical reaction in our body

  • They conduct electricity for cellular communications, each mineral having a different frequency

  • Deficiencies in minerals manifest in specific conditions

  • they are needed to alkalise the body to maintain its critical pH
