Health 101

 

We share a collective understanding that someone else (usually a doctor) will bring us to healing and health.

When we are faced with a health challenge, often our first reflex is to book an appointment so we can be given  'medicine' to 'make us better'. And all this does is suppress symptoms (dumbing down the voice of our body which is trying to telling us something is going wrong)

The Genesis of Disease

 

Disease and its symptoms reside first at the cellular level.

We are made up of hundreds of trillions of living intelligent cells which in turn make up our organs, bones, tissues, blood and brain.

  • unhealthy cells lead to unhealthy organs

  • unhealthy organs lead to deficient metabolic activities

  • this in turn leads to symptoms, which
    we name disease...
