Taking personal responsibilty for one's health is a vital and conscious decision.
We share a collective understanding that someone else (usually a doctor) must bring us to healing and health.
When we are faced with a health challenge, our first reflex is often to book an appointment with a doctor so he can give us 'medicine' to 'make us better'. By now we know, all he can do is suppress symptoms (dumbing down the voice of our body which is trying to telling us something is going wrong). Read here to understand what's actually taking place and why you are your own best doctor.
If we doubt our body's capacity to heal itself, consider the fact that it formed itself out of a single cell, each one dividing again and again and by divine wisdom, specialising, to become either a heart cell, a hair folicle or tooth enamel.
Were we created with a deficit of pharmaceutical drugs?
You don't know what you don't know
Conventional medicine, in the realm of chronic disease
-
Most doctor visits are because of symptoms due to the body being unable to overcome the daily stresses of our environment including bacterial infections or viruses, or due to a degenerative / chronic condition
-
Conventional medicine aims to control these symptoms using drugs, with unintended direct effects (actually not side-effects)
-
Human cells are not designed to let laboratory chemicals enter, so pharmaceutical molecules are designed to block, inhibit or override natural pathways and processes in an attempt to suppress a symptom (paliative)
The conventional
medical paradigm :

-
is reductionist in treating the body as separate parts, rather than an interconnected symphony of systems working synergistically together
-
doesn’t engage in getting to the root cause
-
doesn’t engage in education or prevention to strengthen the body against disease
Is this system working for us?
-
The leading cause of death in the US is from conventional medical treatments (Iatrogenic deaths)* http://pharmadeathclock.com/ (online live update statistics)
-
Heart disease remains the #1 disease cause of death
-
Obesity continues to skyrocket
-
Type 2 diabetes has become an epidemic
-
Alzheimer's has risen from obscurity to become the 4th leading cause of death
-
Autism has risen from 1/10,000 to 1/80 births
