I continue my education by attending regular health summits, webinars and courses.

I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of your choices, those that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life including emotional, career and financial aspects.

10 important areas guiding my process

1. Making joy a priority.
Versus: Coasting along with our present state of happiness and unhappiness.

2. Making sure your life has purpose and meaning.
Versus: Focusing on daily practicalities, even those that seem routine and meaningless.

3. Living according to a higher vision.
Versus: Living for externals like a better job, more money, a bigger house, etc.

4. Expanding your awareness in every decade of life
Versus: Viewing youth as the peak of life and old age as a dwindling decline.

5. Devoting time and attention to personal growth.
Versus: Staying the same as you always were and feeling proud about it.

6. Following a sensible regimen of good diet and physical activity.
Versus: Eating a diet high in sugar, fat, and calories. Promising yourself to exercise tomorrow, or next week.

7. Allowing your brain to reset by introducing downtime several times a day.
Versus: Working your brain to the point of exhaustion before allowing yourself to take a break.

8. Getting to know your inner world through meditation,

contemplation, and self-reflection.
Versus: Avoiding what you really feel. Fearing what you might find if you dared to look inside yourself.

9. Practicing gratitude and appreciation.
Versus: Grabbing as much as you can for yourself. Never forgetting to look out for number one.

10. Learning how to love and be loved.
Versus: Leaving fulfilling and romantic relationships behind in the past.
Not looking into the deep source of love

Key Differences in my Approach

Primary Food™

We often don't consider the most important things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that changes our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment.

Primary food is more than what is on your plate and when balanced and satiating, what you eat actually becomes secondary. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life.

Think back to a time when you were in love. Everything was exciting. Colors were vibrant. Intimacy was magical and the feelings of exhilaration sustained you. You were floating on air, gazing into each other’s eyes. You forgot about food and were high on life.

Remember when, as a child, you were playing outside, having fun. Your mother announces dinner is ready, but you were'nt hungry at all. The passion of play took all your attention.

We are fed not only by food but by the energy in our lives. These moments and feelings demonstrate that everything is food.

Crowding Out

Rather than imposing extreme restrictions for weight-loss, the answer is to rather add in good whole foods as well as quality nutritritional supplements which automatically curb cravings and balance blood sugar. A nutrified body is no longer on a one-pointed hunt for food in order to find nutrients if it has what it needs.

Healing the Gut

Hippocrates said it more than 2,000 years ago, and we’re only now getting it. Research over the past 20 years has shown that gut health is critical to overall health, and that an unhealthy gut contributes to a wide range of diseases including diabetes, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, autism spectrum disorder, depression and chronic fatigue syndrome.

In fact, many researchers believe that supporting intestinal health and restoring the integrity of the gut barrier will be one of the most important goals of medicine in the 21st century. There are two closely related variables that determine our gut health: the intestinal microbiota, or “gut flora”, and the gut barrier.  Read on >>

Bio-Individuality™

The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.

Craving of sweets is related to protein deficiency, Craving for fatty food (Pizza) is related to Fat (Avocado, Omega 3) Deficiency.
