Today, Dr. Joel Wallach is renowned for his groundbreaking study on the health benefits of selenium and other minerals.

Education Dr. Wallach acquired a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri in 1962, with a significant in Animal Husbandry (Nutrition) and a small in Field Crops and Soils. In 1964, he was granted a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), also from the University of Missouri.
